Exchanges
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange.
In Spain, the first exchange per order is free. In other countries, the costs associated with the exchange are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
In Spain, returns are free, except for:
- Guest and Bridal garments: €4.95 for the first item, plus €1 for each additional item in these categories.
- Items with discount or promotion: €3.95 per return.
In other countries, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
